Design a Collection of Pipes

The aim of this work, a diploma project, is to design a collection of pipes, a matching cover with ab ashtray and a small humidor. Simply shaped native stone pipes were the main source of inspiration for this work. The whole project pays particular attention to the use, ergonomics and distinctive desing. It is meant to be suitable for the production of freehand, it is when the pipes are made of free hand. This work also deals with the problems of proper smoking, how to cool down smoke and how to get rid of the humidity which develops during smoking so that the pipe cannot be damaged. It is also very important to find the right size of the pipe, functional and artistically shaped head of the pipe and a matching mouthpiece. That is why I have designed thick-set pipes of simple shapes and used briar wood because it suits the purpose very well.
