Apartment Building Elko - Nové Dvory

The Elko apartment building is part of the proposed block in Nové Dvory. The goal of the proposal is the restoration of a neglected part of the city and the use of its potential. The object is situated in the northern part of the block in the middle of the development. The concept of the house is designed on an L-shaped floor plan, so its part of the building extends into the courtyard. White plaster is used on the facade in combination with aluminum black window frames. My goal was to design an apartment building in the future of a potential city district with different apartment sizes for an unlimited target group.
