Annotation

The sheltered housing is part of the proposed plan for the reconstruction of the Nové Dvory housing estate in Prague. It is one of ten buildings of block B02_07. This block consists of buildings of different functions ranging from family housing to student apartments. The sheltered housing called The House of Hope offers multifunctional use for people with mental or physical disabilities. The main concept is the passage into the courtyard dividing the house along two floors. The ground floor is composed of spacious rooms designed for group therapy or workshops with the public. The second floor consists of smaller rooms intended for individual therapy. From the third floor up there are apartments of various disposition adapted for wheelchair-access.
