Duplex Housing - Nové Dvory

The assignment of the studio work was to create a block of apartment buildings in the Nové Dvory locality. Each of the students had the task of designing one house in a block in order to create a meaningful unit. Individual houses have different forms of housing such as student housing, co-working or duplex housing. Within the block, there was also a proposal for shared parking under the entire block. The apartment building consist in part by typical flats of different sizes and duplex apartments. The objekt has 7 upper floors and 2 underground floors.
