ND Tower - Nové Dvory

ND Tower, a newly designed house in a newly proposed district in Prague 4. A residential and accommodation building as a height dominant of the block and one of the tallest buildings in the new district. The concept is a combination of student and family housing. How to deal with house design for different age groups? Student housing is spread over the first three floors, and each floor has public spaces with a kitchen. From the fourth to the eighteenth floor, the apartments are residential. The largest apartments have large loggias. The entire house is surrounded by a projecting structure, thanks to which every window in every apartment functions as a French window.
