Housing with Comunity Garden and Sport Field - Beroun - Atrium Housing

The subject of the work is the utilization of the parking lot area in Beroun. Considering the surrounding development and environment, families represent the most suitable target group. The concept is based on atrium housing, which allows for maximizing floor areas while creating the character of family homes. The proposed structure is a building that, in its layout solution, represents an apartment building composed of specific rows of atrium houses, where each resident has sufficient privacy while also having access to outdoor recreational space. The design further elaborates on the concept and technical documentation of the addressed residential building.
