Multifunctional Area "III"

The land of the proposed building is located in a square in Mnichovo Hradiště. The lot is currently built by a storey building with no use. My vision is to subtly expand the square while building a more intimate part of the city centre. There are two buildings on the lot, both of which have the ground floor conceived for commercial use; there are shops and reception. There are accommodations on the floors.
