Housing Bohdalec

The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation for an apartment building in the Záběhlice area of Prague 4 developed according to an architectural study. The four-story apartment building is being created as a section of a brownfield development study. The former material storage and transshipment area bounded by busy roads and a train depository will be transformed into a quiet residential area with a linear park along the revitalized Botič stream. The apartment building offers 14 residential units, underground garages and common storage areas. The second to fourth floors above ground contain six 2kk and six 3kk apartments with generous loggias. On the ground floor we find two 5kk apartments and private gardens adjacent to them. The surrounding of the house is designed as a common garden for all residents of the house.
