New buildings in urban block context, Prague - Smíchov

The purpose of this project was to reuse a railroad brownfield in Smíchov. This diploma thesis is focused on one particular urban block from large urban study, which was designed by A69 architects. It is an office building and an residential building with four communication cores. Whole designed urban block is directly connected to the current block structure of Smíchov.
