Faculty of humanities in the context of baroque fortification

The chosen subject of this dissertation is a proposal for a new build project of the charles university's Faculty of Humanities. The suggested proposal is situated between the XI and XII bastion of an old Baroque fortification which can be found in the Prague's parts called Střešovice and Hradčany. The new proposition itself follows not only the new needs and necessities which emerged over time for the faculty but most importantly the new building reacts, plays and changes within it's surround.
