Annotation
New town hall for Prague 7 is designed on the northern side of a new Vltavská square. It is designed as a tower. A tower sitting firmly on the ground, rearing above the other houses, but also a tower, which is tempting the passersby from surrounding areas. It sits at its square, looking around. A kind tower.
