Charles University auditorium

This thesis is dealing with the possibility of creating Charles university auditorium for the campus Albertov. It examines this typology and its use. Charles University has its own Aula Magna in Carolinum. Hunderds of years old hall with the capacity of 400 doesn’t suit for the university of fiftythousand students. New building should connect the university with public. It should function as a multifunctional student center that will create a dominant in the area and an icon for the whole university.
