Linear public space in Prague city center

The project presented in this thesis aims the creation of a linear public „park“ facility in the broader city centre of Prague. As the most convenient place I choose the area of Čelakovského and Vrchlického parks. Resolving of the situation concerning the busy artery, which is nowadays intersecting the city centre, is nevertheless inevitable to create a quiet place for relaxation as well as for active leisure activities. Therefore is an important part of this thesis also a search of possible solutions that would eventually lead to calming down the traffic on this busy highway like communication.
