The land is located in the southern part of Prague. The new metro line D opens up the potential for transforming undeveloped areas around future metro stations into a network system of significant neighbourhoods. These neighbourhoods will bring new services, employment opportunities and quality public spaces to this part of Prague's inner periphery. Nové Dvory certainly has the potential to become an important multifunctional centre, which will attract not only the residents of the surrounding houses, but also tens of thousands of people from the Kamýk, Novodvorská, Krč, Libuš and partly also from Modřany, thanks to the extension of the tram line. The site is located along Libušská Street. The land has an undeveloped and unpaved area with non-forest vegetation. The western side of the area is now occupied by apartment buildings, the land is separated from them by a road. A square with an adjacent sports complex is proposed to the northeast. A kindergarten and nursery school are proposed to the east. And also adjacent on one side and the other with office buildings. On the south-west side is the road, beyond which there is a residential development. The terrain slopes towards the south-west. The difference in elevation between the highest and lowest point of the site is 5 m. Due to the slope of the terrain, the building and the walkways around it will be sunken into the ground.
