Apartments Josefov

The design of the apartment building fills the space at the back of the former hospital, where the current development is falling into disrepair. The building opens to the south-west part of the plot and, thanks to its shape, allows lighting of each apartment from the south and south-east. On the ground floor there are apartments with their own garden, and in Okružní Street there are spaces for rent. In addition, apartments from the 2nd floor offer terraces on the north side of the building, allowing residents protection from the heat in the summer months. The building offers 23 apartment units with layouts from 1+kk to 6+kk, all apartments have access to a common laundry room, bike room and carriage room.
