Weight Vest

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a weighted vest for athletes, which is intended primarily for women, adolescent athletes and people of smaller stature. The vest is designed with an emphasis on full and comfortable movement during training and offers adjustable weight ranging from 2 kg to 5 kg. The weighting material comes from the waste material of balancing weights for car wheels. The shape and design of the vest are based on the functionality and ergonomics of a weighted vest.
