Libcice nad Vlatvou - Revitalization of the Catholic Cemetery and a New Garden of Contemplation

The bachelor thesis is a continuation of the study of the revitalization of the Catholic cemetery and its surroundings in Libčice nad Vltavou, which was made in the previous semester. The study deals with the improvement of the Catholic cemetery, its forecourt together with the main entrance and its surroundings. The proposal includes the extension of the cemetery with an alternative method of burial - " vsyp pod desku", including the storage of burial urns in a new columbarium. Orchards are designed around the cemetery, linking the town centre to Kameníček Hill and creating places for contemplation and relaxation. The focus of the bachelor's thesis is to refine the study to the level of project documentation for a building permit.
