Tram Loop

Due to its location, the Špejchar tram loop does not create a very friendly environment for visitors and residents of its immediate surroundings. It is hardly used for transport and it's not even a suitable environment for recreation and relaxation. The design of the student dormitories focuses, among other things, on the transformation of the traffic situation, creating a new public space in the form of a garden in the courtyard. Seven masses form the student housing area altogether. The buildings complementing the street line of Milada Horáková avenue have a public function, the other houses offer the possibility of accommodation. Dormitories consist of rooms for one, two and four students. Thanks to sash windows, rooms offer a lot of light and sense of openness.
