Tram Loop Špejchar

The tram loop at Špejchar represents a space with architectural potential, but currently suffers from a lack of activity and liveliness, even though it is located in the heart of the centre of Prague. The subject of this thesis is student housing, which combines active student life with private spaces. The design meets the needs of housing but also creates an active and community environment for students and the public. I designed a building divided into two arms. One arm offers shared housing, while the other arm offers private 1-bedroom apartments suitable for a single person or a couple. The ground floor houses commercial space and utility rooms for the residents.
