Atrium House in Zálabí

The proposed apartment building is located in Kolín at the crossing of the footbridge over the Elbe and the riverfront. Its active parterre, a bistro and two shops, faces both streets. On the other hand, a community room is located in the quiet inner courtyard. In the center I place the atrium, intended for entrances to apartments and as a meeting space. Above the ground floor there are two rows of duplex apartments and one lower floor with one-story apartments. A universal space with a living room and kitchen always opens to the exterior facade. The entire building is completed by gallery, which increase the living space of the flats.
