November Talks 2021: The courage to take risks

The November Talks lecture series has returned to the Faculty of Architecture of the CTU after a one-year break. It presents internationally successful personalities who are not afraid to take risks in their professional lives.

Among others, architect Eva Jiřičná, winner of the Order of the British Empire, will share her experience (22. 11.). Alison Brooks, winner of several awards from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), will present her work and approach to the profession, which is still considered rather masculine, and Maruša Zorec, winner of the Slovenian Plečnik Prize (15. 11.). The trio of architects will be joined by architect, urban planner and scientist Matthew Carmona, Professor at the Bartlett School of Planning.
