November Talks 2022: Winy Maas

The traditional lecture series November talks started on 7 November 2022 with the lecture "The Future City: what's next?"  Dutch architect, landscape architect, urban planner and currently visiting professor at the FA Winy Maas.

Maas is the co-founder of MVRDV Studio (with Jacob van Rijs and Nathalie de Vries), a globally operating architecture practice praised for its innovative and experimental approach to the architecture of buildings, cities and landscapes. He is also a professor of urbanism and architecture at TU Delft, where in 2008 he founded The Why Factory, a research institute that explores the development of future cities.
