Kladno

The area is located in Czech Republic in the town of Kladno, which covers an area of 39.97 km2. The location in which the urban design was solved is located in the southern part of Kladno, near the railway line and the industrial area. It is the proximity of the railway station that ensures excellent accessibility from the surrounding towns. The urban design was focused on community housing, recreation but also on public amenities. The main concept of the proposal was to ensure peaceful housing in combination with community spaces and civic amenities.
