3D printing from concrete and pet

Ivana Klementová

Annotation

Alba is a public transport stop, designed for the city, but it can serve equally well outside of it. Its shape is based on a concept of connecting the shelter and the board with the timetable. It uses 3D concrete printing technology, which allows to create an unusual round shape. Thanks to this, it is possible to enter the vehicle straight from the stop without exposing the passenger to adverse weather. The Margo lamp shade presents all the advantages of 3D PET printing. Its universal shape can be used in various representative spaces, as well as in home design. Its compatible dimensions allow printing with any standard 3D printer.
