Two riverbanks

Zdiby used to be an important communication crossroad between Prague and the northern Bohemia. The glory of the town is the castle complex with garden, farmyard and the Church of the Exaltation of St. Cross. Today the town is practically divided into two parts - historical and residential. The border line is created by Pražská street. Its´ wide profile and insufficient regulation of the speed of traffic caused the loss of the city's center. Originally a crowded center full of events become recently neglected. The lost city. My goal was to bring city back its´glory and life. Recultivation of a public space includes a new solution of public facilities, restoration of public green areas and a transport infrastructure. I put greater emphasis on integrating the transport infrastructure back to the public.
