Spa in Holešovice

The project in Holešovice presents design of a multifunctional spa center integrated into the landscape of the surrounding park as a harmonic part of it. Both interior and exterior spatial solutions create a certain sequence of spaces to provide a perfect surrounding for a physical and mental recreation. The way of a visitor inside the spa presents a ritual, starting underground with semi-dark asketic spaces, making all the emphasis on the feelings. As the way through the spa continues, the character of the spaces gradually changes to the opposite – open and full of light. The culmination is panoramic view of Prague. In this project there the strong architectural language provides a unique, out of everyday life emotional experience, helping the visitor revive the inner harmony.
