Design of the Theological Faculty of Charles University

The designed Theological Faculty of Charles University is situated in Vyšehradská Street in Prague right next to the Emmaus Abbey and its monastery gardens. The aim was to incorporate the building into the gardens and of course the street itself. Publicly available library is also included in this design. The key element of the building is a glazed square tube providing vistas into these functional divided parts - LIBRARY and SCHOOL.
