Flathouse

The building is designed as a solid, simple mass with a significant tectonic division of the facade with deep loggias on the east and west sides of the facade. The building has 27 apartments, each of which has a large terrace. Larger 3-bedroom apartments have a living room in the brightest corner position. The apartments on the ground floor have a small front garden.
