The house is located on the quietest street of Karlín, but also belongs to Žižkov. In the north we have a rapidly developing Karlín, in the South - the magnificent green Vítkov, which gives the place its inimitable atmosphere. The aim of the project was not only to design quality and quiet residential living in the active part of the city but also to create a new fast route between the two districts, which would attract people to walk and revive life in the locality. The mass of the building is based on the local development and the scale and volume of the surrounding buildings, to which it is spatially connected. The project has a total of 14 residential units, a private gym and a 3-zone terrace with a greenhouse. On the ground floor there is a café with summer seating.
