House with cinema
Annotation
The material solution divides the house into individual cubic "blocks", which is interconnected by two-storey loggias. At the same time, these "blocks" surround the courtyard, which opens towards the hill behind the house. The yard serves as a place to stay and relax for the inhabitants of the house. The facades use mostly windows over two floors, which expresses the internal spatial division. The two-storey ground floor serves as rentable commercial space and above them rise duplex-type apartments. The roof landscape, which slopes towards the hill, creating scenic terraces is also worth mentioning. In the very heart of the house there is a cinema hall with a relatively large hall and a café, so that visitors spend as much time in the house as possible.
