The land is located in Rybáře, in the town of Karlovy Vary, specifically in the place of the former brewery, which belonged to a nearby brewery and is already in a fairly dilapidated condition. The area is close to the main road that connects this part of the city with the rest of the city and also offers admirable views of the river and the Old Town. In my semester work I deal with the cultural enrichment of a given locality with an effort to promote and use the mentioned advantages of the area.
