Two banks

The main idea of the proposal is to revive the city in the south around the embankment. The southern part of Smíchov has great potential for both recreation and housing and commerce. At present, a large area is occupied by brownfields, due to which this area is insufficiently connected with Zlíchov and Císařská louka. I am also considering developing the potential of Zlíchovský vrch with a church and creating a full-fledged park here. I am also considering moving the busy Strakonická Street away from the Vltava river and creating a promenade in its place. Therefore, I propose to replace the highway with a tram line. In the north, on the axis of the embankment, I propose a space for the Philharmonic, as another city center.
