Rohan Island

This is a new built-up part of Prague. The main goal of the project was the harmonious integration into the dense development of new structures and games together with the environment. This place was supposed to have a height dominance in itself, and therefore a 20-storey residential tower was built. The large area of ​​the site and the dense development do not allow the construction of too tall buildings, so the form is constantly changing, is interrupted and gradually decreases. Inside the plot, between the residential and public buildings, a small promenade was created.
