Office building and Sport Center Rohanský ostrov

The buildings are located on the site on Rohan Island, on which plans for constructions are now being prepared by the regulatory plan by Pavel Hnilička architects s.r.o. In addition to the administrative building and the Rohanský ostrov Sports Centre, there is also the Congress Hotel building designed by Michal Pospíšil on the D.I site. Both buildings (office building and Sports Centre) have the same amount of floors (6), the Sports Centre is optically enlarged due to the vertical duplication of the windows of the office building. In the Sports Centre building, there is a swimming pool, restaurant, sauna floor, multifunctional sports hall with a gym and a squash centre. The office building includes commercial spaces in the ground floor.
