Apartment building

Project is a part of a block construction situated on Rohan island regulated by a plan created by studio Pavel Hnilička architekti s.r.o. I am sharing a northwest oriented Block D.IV with Jitka Zemanová. Both of us are designing an apartment building. The mass of the apartment building long 66m and wide 17m and it is sepparated into three staircase houses. The first floor is mentioned as a business parterre. Two parts have six residential floors and a shared residential roof with a terrace, kitchens and fireplaces. The third towering part has nine residential floors. For a design of a building is typical "bitten" corners devoted to loggias with wide view.
