The house includes two functions: civic and residential. The civic function is performed by the ground floor, which is dedicated to services such as health, education, social, administrative, and gastronomy. The residential part consists of two-story apartments with dimensions of 78 m2. Apartments are assembled on top of each other from individual cubes measuring 6 x 6.5 x 6 m. The flats thus form four stripes next to each other, between which inner gardens are created one floor higher than the ground floor.
