KOD Pernerova

The proposed project is located in Pernerova Street in Karlín on an unused area at the foot of Vítkov Hill near the railway line. With its mass, it reacts to the current development and does not try to compete with Vítkov in proportion. The block follows the street line and its height does not protrude from the surrounding buildings. I divide the matter into three parts, which are further divided. They react to each other, are interconnected and form a single unit functionally and optically. The ground floor is multifunctional. The blocks are connected by a line from which we can pass into the spaces. They have different levels of permeability from public to non-public spaces. The set of residential buildings offers comfortable living for both families and individuals.
