Rohanský ostrov - Office building

The concept of the building is based mainly on the optical lowering of the building and thus contributing to its naturalness. I got this impression through the complete glazing of the last two floors. This created the impression of a glass block, which is protected by a regular raster of solid brickwork. The increase of the ground floor, in which the commercial premises are located, then contributes to greater optical stability. The roof is walkable and offers a relaxation zone with a view of the whole of Prague.
