Choceň - the interface between the city and the country

By the boundary of the city I mean the line that divides the built and the unbuilt. It's a line that tells you how far a city can go. It is the limit, the range, the route of the inhabitants' way around the city. The city of Choceň wants to almost double its population in the coming years. The planned speed road will bring thousands of people here, who will use the city to sleep and leave for work. Does Choceň want to have such a face? Where should the development reach, how many inhabitants is the city able to maintain in order to maintain its sustainability? My studio work tries to answer these questions.
