Swimming pool Kokořín

Design of space around a swimming pool in the village of Kokořínský důl in northern Bohemia. Space is divided into 2 parts. The public part consists of the main building (reception, cloakrooms, restaurants, shops) and the swimming pool itself with space around for relaxation. The private part consists of residential apartments located around the swimming pool. The apartment house is on a rectangular floor plan and inside there are different variants of apartments (studio house, 2/3 bedroom apartment). There is always a staircase hall in the middle. There is an attempt to achieve interaction with the surrounding nature, which is ensured by floor to ceiling windows in the living rooms and bedrooms.
