The design was followed up with 3 major aspects:
1. Standards and needs of South Town citizens.
2. Environment improvement: planting trees and shrubs.
3. Source and surface usage minimalization.
The dominant features of "house-tower" are frontages with balconies with the view of park or boulevard. Two side facades are more enclosed and border inner "infill" of the building and nearby buildings. The side strip with greenery, which is designed on the main facades, connects the building with the park and brings the feeling of unification with nature.
