Pragovka - Apartment building

Project is settled in southern part of Pragovka area. It is composed within six apartment buildings, which are connected into one complex as a park. Design is dedicated for those people who prefer the living close to the city center but still want to be surrounded by nature. Buildings are using core type construction which contains four floors and each of one has two different dispositions of apartment. The attractive features of apartment buildings are so-called tree houses, which are highlighting the nature essence of whole complex. For complexity of the green thinking way, biosolar technology is mounted on each roof. Project as a whole creates natural passage between apartment housing in the Pragovka area and Rokykta park.
