Annotation
The key emphasis of the regulatory plan is to create rules for future new buildings in the area of Rohanský ostrov, a brownfield in Prague. The goal is to create a polyfunctional city district with clear structure, quality public spaces with a lot of greenery and to bring back importance of the river Vltava by creating a public park along the riverbank.
