HOUSING AT THE SWIMMING POOL DOLINA - KOKOŘÍN

The Kokořín Apartments and bio-pool project aim to unify nature, harmony, and well-being, and with its simplicity and ease, leave the human mind off during the entire stay and enjoy every view of the green surroundings. The main aspect of the project is to combine the familiar environment - the city, the inner block - and the natural surroundings - Kokořín nature - into one element respecting the natural character of the area and at the same time evoke a modern and unusual experience. The bio-swimming pool, forming the central part of the entire project, consists of the transformation of the former First Republic pool into a bio-pool with self-filtering capacity, only the 22nd in the Czech Republic, the only one in a radius of 50 kilometers, suitable for people with skin diseases.
