Architectonic study concerning the space around Prague Congress Centre. The study encompasses traffic situation in this region and the architectonical design itself. Final design includes three objects filling the free space around Pankráckého náměstí. The objects contain housing, offices and a shopping centre. They have common parking space in the underground floors.
