UNSER HAUS

The apartment building is situated near river Spree on the corner of Bevernstraße and May-Ayim-Ufer street. The goal was to utilize the space of the site as much as possible. Brick was used on the facade because of its prominents in the area. The most distinctive elements are the rounded corners and the greenery on the facade. On the ground floor there is a common area for bicycles and prams, toilets and a laundry room. The rest of the ground floor serves as a commercial space. The entrance to the building is from the northwest side and the layout of the apartments is the same on all five floors. There is always one smaller apartment 1 + kk, three 2 + kk and one spacious 3 + kk. From the last floor there is access to a common roof garden.
