NUSLE – MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDIN

The project addresses the completion of the block in Nusle on the corner of Ctiradova, Mečislavova and Čestmírova streets, on the site of the old workshops and garages. The newly designed courtyard provides residents with spaces for sitting, playing sports and relaxing. On the ground floor level, there are passages connecting streets to the courtyard. The roof space has designed areas between visitors and residents. The southern part of the building houses office spaces and workshops along with a gallery. The northern part provides hotel accommodation and apartments.
