DOUBLE HOUSE - HOUSING CONSTRUCTION

Semi-detached house or multi-generation house, this is the main motto of my design. The design is specific to using multiple levels, not floors, with different headroom. Thanks to this, the building offers many diverse views. All parts of the house are connected by a staircase running through the whole building. The exterior respects the surrounding Hanspaulka buildings. From the street, the building may not look significant, but the main one is hidden inside. After entering the house, the hall leads us to the stairs and conservatory, one of the dominants of each semi-detached house. If we ascend to a higher level, a staircase will lead us to the living space. The living room, the most important room of each semi-detached house, communicates with the rest of the living space.
