ORIONKA - Apartment villas and office building

The task was called three borders which included brownfield Orionka. It is surrounded by a block of flats on one side and large villa houses on the other. After analyzing the whole site, I came to the conclusion that the estate is not a border but falls under the structure of the adjacent garden city. I follow this in my design and place six villas on the plot, which together form a single cluster. Between them, I insert a garden, from which the houses are separated by terrain waves. On the corner I place a taller office building, that is built at the front of the estate thus protects remaining houses from the bustle of the crossroad. The project reflects an effort to create a pleasant environment for living and working, which connects to its surroundings and forms a well-functioning city.
