New Jelenovský House

In the U Lužického semináře street in Malá Strana, there once was a house called the Great Jelenovský house, approximately 130 years ago. In this project, I am trying to find if it would be possible today to think about this spot as a building parcel. While designing, I put an effort to stick to the original building principles of the Malá Strana quarter which is unique in its diversity. As the greenery is nowadays connected with this place and there a lack of it in the streets of Malá Strana, the north-east part with its trees is being left untouched. Therefore, the house is separating today’s square into a smaller square and a park.
